DTF Superstore's Roland VersaSTUDIO BY-20 Desktop Direct-to-Film Printer Sweepstakes

Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sweepstakes Period: The DTF Superstore Roland VersaSTUDIO BY-20 Desktop Direct-to-Film Printer Sweepstakes begins on September 10 at 8:00 AM PST and ends on October 22 at 9:00 AM PST. All entries must be received by the end date to be eligible.

2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of DTF Superstore, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter:

• Visit the DTF Superstore website at dtfsuperstore.com/pages/sweepstakes or stop by the DTF Supestore Booth SL13114 at Printing United and sign up.
• Complete the online entry form, including your full name and email address.
• Agree to the Official Sweepstakes Rules and submit the form and confirm your DTF Superstore email subscription.

4. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Roland BY-20 DTF Printer, valued at $8,495. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions will be offered.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted during a live stream October 22 by DTF Superstore, whose decisions are final and binding. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing.

6. Prize Claim: The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within the specified time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Publicity: By participating, entrants agree to allow DTF Superstore to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions: DTF Superstore reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond DTF Superstore's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. DTF Superstore's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless DTF Superstore and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
