Ink and Consumables: Must be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable.
Parts and Accessories: Unused items can be returned for a refund. The customer pays for shipping both ways.
Equipment Sales: All sales are final. No refunds/returns. Issues will be repaired under the terms of the warranty agreement.
