Ink and Consumables: Must be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable.

If your DTF printer is temporarily out of service, our dedicated team will step in to help.

During this time, we will take care of printing your print-ready files and shipping them to you. Rest assured that we will only charge you for the material costs and shipping of the finished DTF Transfers. Our aim is to provide a convenient and cost-effective service to keep your business running smoothly, even when your printer is undergoing maintenance or repairs.

How does our 100% Uptime Guarantee work?

To be eligible for our 100% Uptime Guarantee, you need to purchase at least one DTF Printer or DTF Printing System from dtfsuperstore.com. In the event that your DTF Printer requires scheduled maintenance or experiences a confirmed repair issue as determined by our Technical Support Team, resulting in the inability to run print jobs, our guarantee comes into effect.

During the maintenance or repair period, you can send us your print-ready files and we will use our standard, in-stock DTF Superstore Ink, Film, and Adhesive to output your print-ready files.

Our production lead time is typically 3-5 business days.

The only costs you will incur are the material costs for the ink, film, and adhesive, as well as the shipping charges for the method of your choice to deliver the items to your location.

Shipping processing times vary based on the ordered product:

  • Ink, Film, Adhesive: Orders placed by 12:01 pm Arizona Time will be shipped on the same day.
  • Complete Printers and Kits: These items will be shipped within 5-10 business days. For current processing times, please contact us via email.
Please be aware that these are general guidelines, and we will reach out to you if there are longer-than-normal shipping times.
All printers will be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card.
 

Shipping Service:

We typically utilize the selected shipping service unless an equivalent option is available.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and from DTF Superstore.
Once the package is handed off to the delivery company, we are not accountable for any shipping delays. Please consider potential shipping delays when planning your order.

International Orders:

International shipments may require an additional 5 business days for processing and shipping.
Customers are responsible for any taxes and tariffs imposed when importing into their country.
